Did they both stop working at the same time? Push the button for window and watch the interior lights of your car. If the lights get dimmer, this would indicate that the motor is drawing some power. If the motor is drawing power but not turning, it could be a weak motor, a bad regulator, or an object stuck inside the door. If the lights do not get dimmer, check your fuses. If the fuses are all good, test your switches. The easiest way would be to swap out one of the back switches with the front passenger switch.
