starter bogs down sounds like battery going dead terminals get very warm

turn key after a few seconds starter bogs down and terminals get very warm had battery checked and is perfect so changed starter got a little more turns of the engine but the same thing terminals get very warm and feels like the battery is dying  almost like the engine is dragging the starter down    please help

lol I used to have the same car up in New York City I used to use the same Lincoln Town Car for a taxi the problem with those Lincoln's are the voltage regulator inside your alternator it happens all the time

Check your starter wire near the starter try to follow the wire back and look for open wires or wire burning smell also check around alternator..hope this helps
