Leak rear wheel seal

How do i repair a leak in the right wheel of a
2001 lincoln town car. And does that have
anything to do with my front end shaking
really bad? Took it to les schwab told me
that they saw nothin wrong with tires or front
end. And they seen no reason why it would
be shaking. Help i comute twice a week 62
miles their to work and back. A little
nervous. Thanks.
