Lincoln Town Car rear air suspension

Heard a loud pop while driving.
Thought it was a top Tire. When
we got out to check the back of
the car was completely lowered
both sides. What could this be?

Sounds like it may have blown an air suspension spring (air bag). Replacements are available at arnottindustries.com and suncoreindustries.com. I would replace both sides.
