Will my 2000 Lincoln Town Car Signature start and run without the serpentine belt?

AC interior control panel lights went out.
Two days later , after getting fuel, car
wouldn't start.  Found the AC pump frozen.
Will car start and run without serpentine
belt?

Yes it will run,but you don,t need to,you want have water pump,alternator,and will hurt your motor if you run it hot.

not more than several minutes as no water pump moving to cool engine, not to mention power steering loss

Thanks for the response . I know that about it over heating etc. I just wanted to know if it should start as is. If so, the frozen AC pump wasn't the problem, and I will have to keep troubleshooting it. Any other insight would be appreciated.

Most of the time, if a vehicle will not start after being run, it's the fuel pump. You need to check the fuel pressure and see if there's spark whenever it won't start. Actual fuel pressure - not a spurt from the schrader valve but a fuel pressure reading.
