Can I replace the top part of this engine

If it is the crack along the front by the water pump, NO. You need an new engine (block).

Sorry to say... New engine time. That is the engine block that's cracked.

Block is cracked. May can get a good block and sway over internals but I am sure if the engine was ran with coolant in oil its trashed.
