It sounds like old spark plug wires. If you can: Drive the car 5- 10 minutes, set the parking brake and, using a household spray bottle, spray the spark plug wires liberally. If the engine stutters or you see or hear sparks - there's your problem!

Thank you I will try that. I had it read for a code...no code. Just trying to narrow it down. Someone also said maybe an o2 sensor. I don't want to throw money at it but I need a car lol. I love my lincoln I dont want to make things worse :)

O2 sensors tend to cause a surge rather than bucking and, they are generally ignored by the computer when accelerating. You could have a trans concern but I don't think so. Try accelerating to speed with the OD locked out and see what it does.
