Cylinder 3 misfire after new coil and spark plug

My check light came on flashing so the computer
read cylinder 3 misfire. So I changed the coil pack
and spark plug. And it's still saying cylinder 3. I
check the power for the coil and the wire for the
fuel injector and it's good

    Can't get the wire plug off the spark plug coil in order to remove the spark plug. It deoes not seem to have a levet under the plug but does seem to have an opening on top of the plug.
