My 1996 Lincoln has wet floor on the passenger side

I've done some research and I've found one of
cleaning out the are between the windshield and
hood but that was for newer models I need help !

Maybe a clogged drain in blower motor cavity? The condensation needs to drain or it will run over into the floor. If antifreeze in the floor, check heater core.

@oilspill yes I believe it is that my father believes and we are in the process of cleaning it out but do you believe we would need to put silicone in any area so it would happen again ?
