Question type: Maintenance & Repair

What would make my fuel decline literally by the
second.... like I can watch the numbers disappear 1 mile
every seven seconds once it gets under 100 miles

1 Answer

200

you most likely have a fuel LEAK, sniff around, if u smell gas under the hood stop driving car and tow to mechanic. check fuel lines all the way back to tank.while idling with a helper behind the steering wheel incase u want to yell, "shut the car off, i found the leak"!
