my 1998 lincoln mark viii wont rise up in yhe morning when i start it

when i sleep at night the car goes down on the tire but this morning i started the car and it wont rise up off the tire
what can i do?

Replace the air struts as they are now not holding any air, or convert to non-air suspension for the front, as I did. I think the car now drives, handles, and rides better with the coil springs and shocks.
