Design Flaws

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

There are two things that are really frustrating about my vehicle. One is the air pressure sensors in the tires. I have had two instances where I know there is nothing wrong with the tires and the warning light appears. Once I had them recalibrated, this time I am ignoring the warning light. The second item is the radio. There are four CDs stuck in the player. This is the fourth time in the three and a half years I have had the car that will have had to address this problem. The frist three times the car was under waranty and the dealer took the radio out and returned it to the manufacturer, the CD's were returned to me and the radio was replaced. This time the car is no longer under waranty, do I now have to pay to replace the radio? I know I cannot be the only one to have this problem and I feel it is a design flaw. Is there any help out there to help me resolve this problem?
