Valve cover gaskets will set you back roughly 30 a piece at a dealer plus 4-5 hours to put them in at 120 dollars an hour. Rear main seal the trans needs to be separated from the motor and the exhaust and cradle must come down. Roughly 15/17 hours labor at 120. That's what a Lexus dealer will get.
