Starting issues and white smoke

The car won't start up right away, about 1/3rd to be exact, began happening
maybe a week ago, now today it blew white smoke while i was accelerating 2
separate times a few hours a part. Smoke only lasted 5 seconds or so. Car is
not overheating, is it gaskets? or something simpler?

When was the last time you had an oil change ? Usually low on oil when vehicle is first started and smokes for a few seconds.

A few months, I’ve been putting quarts in between but haven’t had a full change since February
