How much is a Lexus RX300 (100,500 miles) worth if the engine is "locked up"? KBB says $3500 if engine was good and car in decent condition, which it is. Can get $290 if scrap it.

Scrap prices are really low now, you would be better off either selling it for parts or selling the car as a "mechanic's special." Someone out there might have an engine for this car and are looking for a new body to drop it into. List it here or on craigslist and be patient, it tales a lot longer to sell a car in this manner than a normal car.
