Having trouble with misfiring cylinder 1,3 and 5

When the car is idling or going at a slower speed the check engine light flashes and scanned the codes and got 301,303 and 305.  Have changed O2 sensors, plugs, coil packs on those 3 cylinders only, MAF, valve timing solenoid and I still have a skip
