Rattling noise

I have a 2003 LS with 246,000 miles.  for the past 50,000 miles or so I have an intermittent rattle.  Sound like a tail pipe rattle.  Never happens when I take it into the dealer.  Sounds as though it is coming from the back of the car.  Suggestions?

I had experienced a rattle also, but it was the passenger seat belt hitting the plastic between the windows. It drove me crazy till I noticed it one day and saw the metal part hitting and realized that was the problem. Hope this helps you out.

    Bought car with no battery I put my battery on it drove to the store. It just died. No noise. Just dead. Towed it in. Tried to crank it. Will turn over very slowly But get nothing.
