add photos question

can't add photos...seems unable to drop & drag to the add photo box...how do I do this?

In a listing? but it doesn't matter...you don't drag and drop anyway. First the photo must be saved to your computer, the left-click the Add Photo.the click the browse box, and when you have your picture, right-click on it then left-cleck "select' then 'add photo' or 'post answer'
