how can i fix the compression in cylinder # 2 from 40 psi to 90 psi on my 1996 lexus ls 400

I went to Firestone and they said its a misfire in cylinder #2 and the compression power is at 40 psi and
should be about 90 psi. Please help me with the best way to fix this problem with out having to spend
thousands of dollars

u can use thick oil or engine treatments like slick 50 or something , or u can use piston Seal compound but get it done by a proper mechanic

If your compression is down to 40 psi you have a serious issue with that cylinder. A heavier oil will help some if the problem is rings. If the problem is valves it wont help at all.
