Bank 1, Sensor 1 is drivers side but in front of Catalyst. Both are mounted in the exhaust the plug for Bank 1, Sensor 2 is accessed under the mat. Bank 2, Sensors 1 & 2 are the same locations but on the passenger side of the vehicle. http://www.diy.icydesigns.com/article/220/Lexus/LS400_/_LS430_/_LS460/1990- 94/EFI:_Replace_the_Sub_Oxygen_Sensors/#.W7_fAGhKjIU
