Trunk full of water?

Just bought this car for our son at an auto auction.  When we opened the trunk it was full of water, had been sitting in their lot for a while.  I understand there is some kind of drain in the trunk that may be clogged?  How to fix that?  Other suggestions for cause and repair?

Sunroofs have drains. If it has a sun roof, start looking there. Go to www.clublexus.com and see if any members can help you out.
