NEW BATTERY INSTALLED

I INSTALLED A NEW BATTERY IN MY Lexus IS300. NOW THE CAR WILL
NOT SHIFT INTO DRIVE, THE HEADLIGHTS WILL NOT COME ON, BUT IT
WILL START.  I ALSO CHANGED THE BATTERY IN THE KEY FOB.  NOT
SURE WHAT HAPPENED OR WHAT TO DO NOW.

Did you get all the wires or cables connected when you changed the battery look around the battery to chck it may be a small wire
