I just got the 300 I got it with no ecu I just put one
on and the fuel pump I also change all my fuse and
a but it would not start what is the problem can
someone help me please

It is likely the anti-theft is preventing it from starting. The anti-theft key must be matched to the ECU. A trip to the Lexus dealer may be necessary.
