Lexus is300 won't start after being run out of gas

I ran my car out of gas and the same day 4 hours
later I put new premium gas in and it would turn of
but won't start. The fuel pump is fine I think
because I can hear it work but I don't think it's
getting a spark and I was wondering what might be
the problem. Maybe and ignition igniter or
something else please help!

Probably the fuel pump. Just hearing doesn't mean much have the fuel pressure checked at the fuel rail with a gauge, how many Psi? also when was the last time you had the filter changed... Regards
When they are run out of fuel and won't restart the problem is likely the fuel system and the pump. Fuel pressure needs to be measured, engine needs to be checked for spark. Just throwing parts at it will likely not fix it. Moral of the story....Don't run fuel injected vehicles low on fuel.
Maybe just the fuel filter, if the pump is still heard running it might just be the filter. Not sure if it's located inside or outside the gas tank, never had a Lexus
fuel pump gets cooling and lube from fuel, usually ruins pump if not shut off quickly after engine quits.
