Traction control light and wanting to stall?

my daughter bought an as is 02 Lexus is300. Had it a month and has not drove it a full
week. 1st it was totally dead. Replaced electronic ignition igniter. 30 day warranty. Drove it
2 days and the TCL was blinking and it was wanting to stall. They are trying a new igniter
but I don't think thats it by threads I read. Need help. Been in the shop for 3 days now.
Anyone else with this problem?  Thanks
