1998 Audi A6 Engine Replacement

Hello I have an 1998 Audi A6 Quattro. the engine died (broken timing belt) and I'm looking
to replace the engine. the whole work with the new timing belt is costing me about $3000.
the body is in very good condition with new paint and new low profile tires and rims. my
question is do you think it's a good idea to spend that much money on that car? Im
thinking age-wise, and future repair cost. your help will be well appreciated! thank you!

This is your workhorse...your very lifestyle depends on it runnin'....I believe that you ought to rebuild the one you've got...even if it means a couple of trips to pickNpull....alright go for the PickNpull motor~ if yours breaks this easily, consider one that does not have this motor.....research "non- interference engines"....when you see a car that has one of these (Volvo 240) is one from memory...buy it~
