rear drivers side tire on a lexus 2002 es300 wont spin

Do you mean the wheel bearings have frozen up or do you mean "I'm trying to do a burn out and there is no line on the ground after completing said burn out" ? Lexus having traction control wont leave a "posi style (two line) burn out stip. Does your Lexus auto have "traction control" or is it just two wheel drive, so it wont leave a (posi) strip anyway ?

No the wheel is locked it was hit by another car there n now it seems to be locked n alittle tillted
