location of fuel pump on lexus es300

I beliethe fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank and it will need to be removed from the car to get access to it. I would check your fuel pump relay before dropping the tank.

The fuel pump is inside the fuel tank. You would need to lift up the rear bottom cushion of the seat there will be an inspection panel that has to be removed and you will see the assembly in the top of the tank. once the assembly is removed from the tank you will find the fuel pump inside the plastic housing.
