I have a 1998 Lexus ES300 and the cigarette lighter
and the 12 volt plug under the arm rest won't work
but I check the fuse under the dash but it wasn't
blown or any other fuse at that what could my
problem be?

maybe the connector on the end of the wire has fallen off from one or both of the pins under the cigarette lighter device? Attached a photo for you..
