I have a 1994 Lexus ES300 and when i first start it up in the morning the idle loops up and down and wants to turn off but remains on and no check engine light is on. Help

I cleaned out the Throttle body and the MAF sensor at the same time not long ago. What else can it be? Maybe a TPS sensor????
