05 grnd chrk randomly Jon's and had trouble starting

So my 05 grnd chrk is acting up, it has trouble starting and acts like
there's a dead battery and sometimes randomly honks. Then after a
couple more times the high beams get stuck on... And then it will
almost start. Eventually it starts. It also will start honking out of
control sometimes if I turn off engine but leave key in ignition.
What's up with this
