Would an intake gasket or head gasket have anything to do with heat not working in a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

it might if the engine is using coolant due to a bad headgasket..it will displace the fluid and the heater core is the highest point in the system and that's were the air will settle and once it does it will be a pocket that the coolant can not move....if the system is not low I would think you might have a bad thermostat that is sticking open and not letting the engine heat cycle
