unless the housing is bent I would just replace what is faulty. There is not that much back there. The ring and pinion gears and two axle bearings. If your trying to swap the complete axle housing I can tel you now it won't work. All the mounting points are different.

The guy above ya says it will fit you say it won't I'm in the same situation I have my doughts have you been in this situation or have ya just worked on both of them and know for a fact they aren't the same
