My battery is fully charged, posts are clean, I am getting zero power from the
battery.  No lights, radio, makes no noise when I attempt to start it.

Test for voltage directly at the battery terminals. Check your polarity. If that's good then check your negative ground straps. Then check the positive cables. Power will flow if there is power and also a pathway.

Done a 4.7 motor swap. 04 to 02. It tried to crank but will not. Now it will not even turn on the lights. The battery is fully charged.
