So my jeep was sitting idling when all of a sudden you could hear the fan starting to work faster and faster.The rpm was staying put at about 600 rpm .It was  going so hard and fast it was starting to vibrate thru the jeep.I shut the Jeep off and when i started it ,again ,after a couple of minutes idling it stared to do the same thing again.Can anyone help please.

It sounds like normal operation to me. There is no air moving through the radiator when the car is idling. When the engine temperature reaches 205- 215*F, the fans come on to cool the engine.

Problem is it has never done this and it is spinning so hard and fast it is making the jeep vibrate.

The fan may have a damaged impeller. It could have thrown a balancing weight. --- Shut the engine off instead of idling. Turn up the cabin heat to cool the engine when it does idle.
