windows and locks do not work, I find no fuses or relays relating to the windows, where are they?

checked fuse panel and relay board under hood and find nothing relating to
power windows and door locks. can you help?

This happened to me in my 2004 Grand Cherokee. I searched the internet and found a YouTube video that helped me fix it. On the drivers side door, at the bottom where all of the wires are,I looked over the wires thoroughly and finally found that a wire was bare. We taped up the wire and it's worked ever since. I hope this helps.
