windows and locks do not work, I find no fuses or relays relating to the windows, where are they?

This happened to me in my 2004 Grand Cherokee. I searched the internet and found a YouTube video that helped me fix it. On the drivers side door, at the bottom where all of the wires are,I looked over the wires thoroughly and finally found that a wire was bare. We taped up the wire and it's worked ever since.
