2004 jeep grand Cherokee electrical issue

Asked by 614blue Jan 04, 2018 at 06:01 PM about the 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Columbia Edition 4WD

Question type: General

In short: what part of the truck makes the windows stop
working after a door opens or so long after the truck is
turned off? & what makes the factory alarm set when the
door is locked?
Explanation: after weeks of buying my used vehicle the
alarm was the first thing I noticed when a door that doesn't
lock was opened without the alarm going off. I'm guessing
the alarm issue is linked with the windows continuously
working even hours of the vehicle being off and doors
opening and closing. Please help?
