Jeep 4.7 oil burning

My jeep has burned alittle over a half a
quart of oil in 1800 miles normal ? High
milage oil jeep has almosy. 225k

Wow, I'd say you are doing pretty good with an engine with that many miles. Just keep it topped up with the right viscosity which I think is 5w/30 but I would maybe run something a little heavier like 10w/40, at least in the Summer months, or when adding oil. Good Luck.
