trouble codes

performed diagnostic on my 02 Grand
Cherokee Limited 4.7L......p0161
appeared....i then installed the "bank 2
sensor 2" O2 sensor....once installed, i
performed another self- diagnostic test and
both p0161 and p0158 trouble codes
appeared......im puzzled.....what's next?

P0161 JEEP - O2 Sensor 2/2 Heater Performance...Possible causes; Faulty Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2, Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 harness is open or shorted, Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 circuit poor electrical connection, Inappropriate fuel pressure, Faulty fuel injectors, Intake air leaks, Exhaust gas leaks... Replacing the Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 usually takes care of the problem.......P0158 JEEP - O2 Sensor 2/2 Circuit High...Possible causes; Faulty Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2, Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 harness is open or shorted, Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 circuit poor electrical connection, Inappropriate fuel pressure, Faulty fuel injectors, Intake air leaks, Exhaust gas leaks.
