What is wrong with my Laredo?

I have a 02 jgc. Ran fine when I bought
couple weeks ago then sel came on
cyl #3 misfire. Changed plugs then cyl
#5 misfire. And it runs really rough.
Jerking while driving it. Had it checked
head gasket going out. But it doesn't
overheat alot. If at all. What is up?

It was overheated in the past and "cooked" a head gasket 4.0 6cyl Replace it! Have the coolant tested with a gas analyzer or chemical check.

Head gasket is likely not going out it is likely gone. Get it properly diagnosed and repaired.
