Wrenches and sockets, floor jack and jack stands, screwdriver, pry tool and/or scraper, if you want to drain the tank before starting then you'll need a suitable sized gas container, and most importantly SAFETY GLASSES, as any time you crawl under a vehicle you need to protect your eyes from rusty flakes of metal. There are tons of videos on Youtube on changing a fuel pump, they'll give you a rundown on the tools you'll need. And make sure you really do need to change the fuel pump, and that it's not just a case of a bad fuse or relay, or being out of gas.
