ADD 4 QTS RUN THROUGH THE GEARS AND ADD MORE TILL FULL....

If the level was okay when you started, put back the same amount as you took out, approximately four quarts. The other three quarts or so is still in the torque converter, lines and cooler.

How many qts of Atf would i put in my 1997 jeep cherokee 5.2 v8 motor in it with the vertec in it also.. I mean it was blum dry whn i checked it so im just wonderin how many it would take to fill it back up
