My over head computer keeps
telling me that my rear passenger
door is ajar when I lock the doors
window also does not work in the
same door

Sounds like you need to check the wiring harness on that door. The wires are near one of the hinges. Make sure they are not damaged. You may need to pull the door panel and inspect the connections to the switch in that door.
