Replace the coolant fan Relay located under the passenger side headlight. And go with new always because you'll just get another defunct relay and keep you wondering. Here in Indianapolis they run under $50 and the headache your relieved of is priceless. Voice of multiple bad experience talking to you here! Ken

I have a 2007 and had the same problems. I ended up testing the plug to the fan and it was getting power. I then made a bypass with an electrical cord. one end on the battery the other on the fan where the plug is. The fan didn't turn then so I had to replace the fan. While I was at it I replaced the condenser and radiator since it had about 130 on it.
