I have a 2000 Jeep grand Cherokee lerado. When I turn the key the coolant fan comes on there is a key circled with a slash through it, none of the gauges work, it turns over but will not start.

The key in circle is telling you the jeep is in antitheft mode,try removing the positive cable for a few minutes, with the key out of igintion,then before you hook it back up,put key in and turn to the on position,then replace the cable,if this does not work you may need to have the key,s reprogrammed to the ECM.
