limited its 4-wheel all the time.

Best would be defined by what you want to accomplish exactly and your budget. Look on 4 wheel do com or Jeep part websites.

I've looked at 4 wheel but they didn't have a 3.5in that would fit because of the quadradrive 4-wheel all the time.
