the dealer can scan the a/c control head and watch what the doors are doing. If you reach in and touch the blend door motor, on the ft. of the case. You canfeel the small round part in center of motor. turn temp to cold them warm. see if door moves then stops. If it stps each time door is ok. Is the temp sensor in ac control head covered? this will make them go nuts. It read your body temp and adjusts doors as needed. the sensor is located between the dual temp. knobs in center of dash. They say there can be no damage to this area. smudges , scuffing or being covered. hope this helps.
