Jeep wont start but its turning over

Hi I have a 98 jeep grand Cherokee 5.9 limited it
started to run ruff so I replaced spark plugs still ran
ruff so I changed coil pack still ran ruff so I
changed the rotary an cap an still ran ruff I
installed a new fuel pump an now it wont start it's
trying but it just wont fire up got new battery got
fuel to the rail it just sprays it out could it be I had
my doors open for over 9 hours could it be the
battery got weak an it just don't got the juice or
what I'm charging battery an I have tried 50 amp
starts but its just not starting....?
