Check in your power distribution box in the engine compartment for a 10 amp fuse for the PCM. Make sure it is not blown. The PCM controls just about every aspect for your motor as far as fuel and spark distribution is concerned. Also make sure the PCM is grounded where it mounts to the body. Some times the bolts that attach it to the body get corrosion and loose the ground and can cause an intermittent problem like you describe. More prone to do so if you live in an area where they salt the roads during the winters.
