1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Signal Lights

I replaced all my front and back signal lights to my jeep with regular New amber lights I notice that when I use the turn signal on auto or signal lights Onn only, it blinks one after another not at the same time and makes a blinker noise faster but when the switch is Off it blinks normal and all lights blink together
